Baptiste Trotignon – 2 Upcoming Concerts at Schloss Elmau in Germany
French pianist and composer Baptiste Trotignon proposes two evenings at Schloss Elmau in Germany: a traditional jazz solo concert the 8th June followed by a special recital with the British soprano Kate Lindsey the 10th June. This will be the pair’s first public performance of the repertoire from their new album, Thousands of Miles, released 19 May on Alpha Classics.
Baptiste Trotignon has received widespread public and critical acclaim for his live performances and for his solo piano albums, earning prestigious prizes including the Prix Django Reinhardt and the Sacem’s Grand prix for his work as a composer. Considered among the most outstanding members of a new generation of pianists, he has already performed at many French and international venues.
